Delete your ThoroughVet account
You can delete your account yourself, from the app or the web portal. This page explains how, and what happens to your data when you do.

You only need to do this once, on any one device: it deletes the account everywhere.
What happens when you delete your account
- You are signed out of ThoroughVet on all of your devices.
- Your ThoroughVet account data is removed within 30 days. We may keep some information where the law requires it, or to prevent fraud or resolve disputes, as our Privacy Policy explains.
- Veterinary records you submitted to a practice or to a sale stay with that practice or sale, as their records.
- Your ThoroughWorks access is not affected.

Can't sign in?
Email us from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm the request before we act on it.
