Built because the people who use it asked for it.
ThoroughVet wasn’t built top-down. Sales companies and vet clinics asked us to build it. They kept hitting the same problems with what existed — disjointed viewers, lossy submission flows, reporting that lived in a different product to the imaging it described, and sale-day admin that ate weeks per sale.
ThoroughWorks was already alongside the same vets and consignors at the same sales. The relationships were there. The pain was real. Building the repository was the obvious next move.
The result is a platform that sits in its own category — at the intersection of telemedicine, diagnostic science, and modern software — built specifically for one niche the rest of the industry treats as an afterthought.
