Every study submitted across your sale lands in one queue. Each submission is checked against its lot, and nothing becomes visible until you approve it. You can approve, deny or request corrections, and corrections go back to the vet with your notes.
Grant View or Submit access per sale or across every sale, from one table. You also decide which document types become visible, one type at a time.
Yours. You set the imaging template for each type of sale, from foals and yearlings to breeze-ups. Each image is matched to its view from its DICOM tags, and anything missing is flagged before it reaches your queue.
Yes, through a two-way API. When a submission is approved it appears in your catalogue, and results sync back: sold horses are marked and vet access is restricted automatically.
Yes. Each consignor gets a login scoped to the lots they entered, showing the same live status your team would otherwise look up and send, so status requests do not need to come to your office.
Drag in a folder or select files in bulk. DICOM, video and PDF go through the same upload, it transfers in the background while you keep working, and if the wifi drops it picks up where it stopped.
Each view is matched from its own DICOM tags and the set is checked against the sale's protocol before you submit. Anything the tags cannot place is set aside for you to confirm, never guessed. Once submitted, you can see when the sale office has approved it.
By email, WhatsApp or SMS, singly or grouped into one PDF per client, per vendor or per shortlist, on your practice's letterhead. Every send is logged: what went out, to whom, when, and its delivery status.
1-4, 1-5, the Lane five step and the Havemeyer seven step, alongside your own saved comments, which are reusable and editable.
Yes. It includes a complete PACS for the clinic's daily work, on the same record you submit to a sale, so one horse keeps one history wherever it was shot.
Consignor access comes through your sale company, so ask the sale company running your sale.
Your own lots and only yours, in every sale you are in. For each lot you see whether its X-rays and scope are submitted, approved or still outstanding, updating as it changes. Other consignors never see your lots.
By email, SMS or WhatsApp: when a vet opens X-rays or scope on your lot, when a lot is submitted or approved, when new X-rays or scope arrive, and when a vet asks for access to your lot.
Yes. Desktop, iPad and phone show the same lots and the same status, so you can check a lot between showings.
