- Ask the sales company running your sale for your consignor login.
- Sign in to the portal with that login.
- Check your name, email and mobile number in Settings › Profile.
Open the portal
Set your alerts
- In Settings › Notifications, choose how each alert reaches you.
- Make sure the sales company has your current email and mobile as your notification contact.
- Watch for the vet view alert: a push on your phone, or an email or SMS, when a vet opens your lot's X-rays.
Check your lots
- Open My lots and choose the sale.
- Open each lot to see its Submissions: the clinic, the status and when it last changed.
- If a lot shows nothing yet, ask your vet. Vets upload and submit; consignors do not.
Follow interest and results
- Check Activity for vet views. Each item opens your own lot.
- Open My statistics and choose Open statistics to see views for each lot.
- On sale day, follow the sale's Results and the live sale tile, where the sales company provides a feed.
